At TRC, Iain specialises in operational analysis and review; working with clients across the tourism sector to improve operational profitability and to introduce best practise. Iain also has specialist experience of market research and customer assessment techniques and has vast experience in managing and executing tourism and visitor economy audits, industry surveys, as well as labour market studies.
Iain is well versed in the fields of collecting, analysing and interpreting research data. His research feeds directly into our economic evaluations, consumer/market analysis and our visitor forecasting methodologies.
