Tourism Resources Company (TRC) was commissioned by Genecon to provide specialist input into their appraisal of the economic benefits / impacts that might realistically flow from the development of a new bridge in Hartlepool.  The planned bridge to link the Headland neighbourhood of Hartlepool with the proposed Victoria Harbour development and the emerging waterfront quarter of the Town.
