We recently prepared a short review of the ‘early win’ development proposals for the re-scoping of Jodrell Bank. As part of our critique, TRC reviewed a range of documentation which had been submitted as evidence, as part of the original bid, as well as earlier analysis. In completion of this study, Tourism Resources Company passed comment and presented conclusions on the likely success of the ‘early win’ development proposals.
